To kick off 2020, I’m giving my #EmmeBabes a fun way to maintain our daily skincare routine.
From daily water intake to completing our AM and PM beauty regimens, my 21 day Emme Diane Habit Trackers are designed to hold each of us accountable as we identify the behaviors that affect our skin.
It takes 21 days to form a habit, so your habit tracker will also help you transform daily skincare tasks into daily skincare habits. Pretty soon, you’ll be practicing better skincare without thinking. This is the secret to healthy skin, that glows!
Here’s the breakdown: When you complete any of your daily skincare tasks, check the corresponding box on your habit tracker. At the end of your 21 days, you’ll be able to see the patterns in your beauty regimen and understand where you can make helpful changes.
Remember, this is about progress - not perfection! If you fall short one day, just get back on track again the next day. Be kind to yourself.
