How Our Return Process Works:

: If something didn’t work out, just email us at support@emmediane.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Tell us about your experience and include your order details. We’d love to understand what didn’t work and see how we can make it right.

Thoughtful Solutions:

  • If your return request is within 30 days of delivery and approved, we’ll issue a full refund to your original form of payment.
  • If it’s between 31 and 60 days, we’re happy to offer a store credit for future purchases.

Stress-Free Process: Once approved, we’ll send you clear instructions to make the return process as simple and smooth as possible.

NOTE: When we receive your product(s), we will email you with a coupon code in the amount of the product's value. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process after we receive your return. Shipping is not included in return credits. Items returned over 30 days after purchase are ineligible for store credit, and will not be re-shipped to the customer.  

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

  • All orders of $99 or more receive FREE domestic shipping.
  • Orders placed after 1pm (MST) will begin processing the following business day.
  • Online orders are fulfilled Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays.
  • In addition to shipping times, please allow 1-2 days processing time.
  • Emme Diane orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. If you need additional postage services, such as, signature required, please email support@emmediane.com
  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been shipped.

In-Store Pickup (Scottsdale)

Please select the “pickup” option when checking out online. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup (usually within 4 hours).
