Acne-Safe Beverages

It can be easy to overlook the things we drink when it comes to what's triggering acne on the skin. First and foremost, hydration is so important for the skin...in terms of moisture and internally!

Aim to drink 3 liters to 1 gallon of water per day. This may seem like a lot, but drinking more water is essential to maintaining healthy, hydrated skin. It plumps up fine lines, reduces dark under eye circles, brightens skin tone, and prevents dryness and irritation in general, as well as from active skincare products.
