You select the products you’d like to receive and we will deliver them based on your chosen frequency (30, 60, or 90 days). Plus, you’ll receive 10% off every subscription order and a free gift with your first subscription!

You’re in control with an easy-to-use and customizable portal that allows you to modify, pause or cancel your orders up to 48 hours before the next order date directly from your account. We’ll make sure to keep you up to date every step of the way with email reminders beginning 10 days prior to your next scheduled shipment. Your payment method will be billed the day the order ships. Getting started with an Emme Diane subscription is easy! Simply navigate to your desired skincare product, select the ‘Subscribe and Save’ option, choose your preferred replenishment frequency, then check out as normal. If you have any questions, please contact us. 

After you join the Emme Diane subscription service you will receive an email confirming your subscription. This email will include an access link to your account where you can easily make any modifications to your subscription. 

In your account, you can easily update your account information, such as your shipping address or payment, as well as make changes, pause, or cancel your subscriptions.

You are able to modify your products, change your subscription date, pause, skip or cancel up to 48 prior to your next order date. 

All changes to subscriptions must be made 48 hours prior to the next processing date. You can easily make these changes from your account, plus we’ll send you reminders leading up to your next order to ensure you have plenty of time to make updates. 

Not all Emme Diane products are available for subscription, including our customized skincare sets. Eligible products will have the subscription option displayed on the product page. If you are interested in signing up for subscriptions and are unsure if the product qualifies please contact us!

All subscription orders automatically receive 10% off year-round. Unfortunately, you cannot combine other promotional codes, discounts, or sale offers (including Radiant Rewards) with your subscription order. 

If you would like to use other promotional codes, discounts, or sale offers you can skip your scheduled order by using the ‘Skip Shipment’ option in the Subscription section of your account and place your order manually through standard checkout.
