There are so many conversations out there about gratitude, and the practice of it. With that, there are so many ways to practice gratitude. November is the perfect time to remember all that we are thankful for and grateful for.
I am no expert in gratitude, but I strive to improve my practice of it every day. After all, author Brene Brown said:
"We hold the key to lasting happiness in our own hands. For it is not joy that makes us grateful; it is gratitude that makes us joyful."
It doesn't stop at joy. The more joy we have in our lives, the less stressed we are. When we reduce our stress levels, we reap whole-body benefits from the inside you, such as better overall health and even better skin (less acne breakouts and reducing the signs of aging). Gratitude is truly the gift that keeps on giving.
So, I'd like to invite you to join me and the Emme Diane Team this November and thoughtfully practice gratitude, each day.
