Acne-Safe Halloween Candy

It can be disappointing to hear for the first time that dairy, peanuts, peanut butter, soy, and sugar are all acne triggers. This disappointment can sting even more around holidays like Halloween, Christmas, and Easter when candy seems to be at the forefront everywhere you go.
However, you can absolutely indulge in holiday sweets! I've put together a list of acne-safer candy for you to enjoy! Instead of referring to these candies as acne-safe, acne-safer is more accurate, since sugar is an acne trigger and that's a key ingredient in candy. Moderate your sugar intake, but don't feel guilty for enjoying a sweet treat or two on occasion!
Note, that these companies may have some candy products that are not acne-safe, and sometimes recipes change, so always double-check that the candy does not contain dairy, peanuts, peanut butter, soy, or table salt! This is also not an inclusive list, so continue to be an acne-safer candy detective on your own too!
