No, the Barrier Balance Cream is NOT a tinted moisturizer. Because it contains over 50% of adaptogenic Chaga mushrooms (and mushrooms are brown), it does have a brown appearance. However, when applied to the skin, it is perfectly clear so it is great for every skin tone.
