How to Use Tri-Peptide Therapy (and Why It's a Game-Changer for Your Skin)

Here's how our new Tri-Peptide Therapy works with your routine

With the launch of our new Tri-Peptide Therapy, I’ve been getting one question more than any other:

“How do I use this in my routine?”

And more importantly: “Is it right for me?”

Let’s be clear — there’s no one-size-fits-all answer (you know that’s not how we do things around here). But what I can say with confidence is this:

Tri-Peptide Therapy works for almost everyone. Whether you’re focused on aging, acne, sensitivity, or just chasing that glassy glow, this peptide-powered serum was made to meet your skin where it is — and help it thrive.

Let’s break it down.

Who Should Use Tri-Peptide Therapy?

💫 If You’re Barrier-Conscious (or Just Tired of Redness, Peeling, or Flaking)
Most anti-aging serums push your skin to its limits, causing irritation in the name of results. Tri-Peptide Therapy flips that script. It delivers visible wrinkle reduction (up to 46.7%) and nearly 200% more collagen without compromising your skin barrier. That means no redness, no purging, no peeling. Just firm, hydrated, glowier skin. Even if your skin isn't “sensitive,” your barrier will thank you.

✨ If You’re Acne-Prone and Aging
This is a tough combo, and I see it all the time: you want to fade fine lines and boost collagen, but most anti-aging products clog your pores or make breakouts worse. Tri-Peptide Therapy is different. It’s made with pore-friendly ingredients and calms the skin, helping to reduce redness, heal acne damage, and even fade post-breakout marks.

💉 If You Love the Look of Fillers (But Not the Needles)
Tri-Peptide Therapy contains Neodermyl®, aka the “needle-free filler.” It delivers plumper, firmer skin and boosts collagen I by 179%, collagen III by 194%, and elastin by 190% — in just 11 days. Think: smoother, bouncier skin without downtime.

🔁 If You Already Use Retinol or Tretinoin
Retinol and peptides are a power duo. Tri-Peptide Therapy helps buffer the dryness and irritation that retinoids can cause, while boosting results with a completely different collagen pathway. Layer it on after your retinol to calm, hydrate, and support your barrier.

How to Use It in Your Routine

Tri-Peptide Therapy plays well with others, as long as you know the rules. Here’s my simple cheat sheet:

✅ OK to Layer:

  • Brilliant-C Serum: Apply Brilliant-C first, wait 1 minute, then layer Tri-Peptide Therapy.
  • Pro-Retinol Serum (Retinol): Tri-Peptide calms and hydrates after actives. Perfect to apply post-retinol.
  • Acne Eraser (Benzoyl Peroxide): Use Tri-Peptide first, let it fully absorb, follow with moisturizer, then apply Acne Eraser last.

TL;DR: This serum is magic for reducing irritation, calming the skin, and supporting recovery, especially if you’re using strong actives.

❌ What Not to Mix:
Avoid pairing Tri-Peptide Therapy with low-pH or exfoliating acids in the same routine. That includes:

  • Mandelic/Lactic Acid (Clarifying Serum)
  • Salicylic Acid (Purifying Serum)
  • Any AHA/BHA peels, exfoliating toners, or most Vitamin C serums (like L-Ascorbic Acid, commonly used in Vitamin C serums from outside brands)

Why? Acids can destabilize the peptides or increase irritation. If you want to use both, alternate AM/PM — for example: acids in the morning, Tri-Peptide at night.

Bonus Tips

  • Use it on your neck and chest — this area shows aging quickly, and Tri-Peptide is gentle enough to use there daily, unlike other anti-aging treatments.
  • Pairs perfectly with: Barrier Balance Cream, Skin Quencher Gel, and Dew Drops. Together, they help you achieve that calm, hydrated, glowy look instantly.

Sample Routines

Morning (Brightening & Firming)
Cleanser → Toner → Brilliant-C Serum (wait 1 min) → Tri-Peptide Therapy → Moisturizer (Barrier Balance Cream is perfect) → SPF

Evening (Anti-Aging Focus)
Cleanser → Toner → Pro-Retinol Serum (wait 1 min) → Tri-Peptide Therapy → Moisturizer

Evening (Acne-Prone Skin)
Cleanser → Toner → Tri-Peptide Therapy → Moisturizer (fully absorb) → Acne Eraser
