Promotion Period: The promotion will begin on 1st September 2024 and end on 4th September 2024, unless otherwise stated or ended sooner by Emme Diane at its sole discretion.
Eligibility: The promotion is open to residents of the United States aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Emme Diane and their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organization.
How to Enter: Entries will be automatically considered upon purchasing from the Emme Diane website during the promotion period. No additional sign-up is necessary.
Selection of Winners: Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. The winners will find a "Golden Ticket" in their order, which will indicate the prize they have won.
Prize Redemption: Winners who discover a "Golden Ticket" in their order must take the following steps to claim their prize:
1. Email support@emmediane.com with the subject line "Golden Ticket Prize Claim."
In the body of the email, provide your full name, order number, and a clear photo of the "Golden Ticket."
2. Await confirmation from the Emme Diane team regarding the verification and next steps for your prize.
Prizes must be redeemed in accordance with the specific terms mentioned below for each respective prize. Failure to contact support@emmediane.com within the stipulated time frame may result in forfeiture of the prize.
Use of Personal Information: By entering this promotion, participants consent to have their submitted name and order number used for administrative purposes and agree to the use of any personal data in accordance with Emme Diane's privacy policy.
Disputes: Any dispute arising from this promotion will be determined according to the laws of the state of Arizona, without reference to its conflict of law principles.
General: Emme Diane reserves the right to cancel the promotion if circumstances arise outside of its control. Emme Diane also reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Prizes: Prizes include a year's supply of selected skincare products, Emme Diane gift cards, one-on-one consultations, and a free choice of product with your next purchase, subject to availability. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.
VIP Skincare Consultation with Emme (x3)
Each of the three winners will receive a one-time, virtual meeting of up to 60 minutes. The consultation will be scheduled at a mutually agreed-upon time between Emme and the winner, subject to Emme's availability. The winner must have access to a reliable internet connection and a device suitable for video calls.
A Year’s Supply of Skincare (x1)
The single winner will receive up to four (4) Customized Skincare Sets, to be delivered at regular intervals throughout the year. The prize does not include additional, individual skincare products outside of the chosen Customized Skincare Sets or substitutions. The skincare sets will be of the same type as those regularly ordered by the winner unless otherwise specified by Emme Diane..
Free Product of Choice with Next Order (x5)
Each of the five winners can choose one (1) product for free, to be added to their next order. The free product cannot be a Customized Skincare Set or a product bundle. The winner must place an order within 3 months of winning to claim their free product.
$100 Emme Diane Gift Card (x3)
Each of the two winners may choose either an electronic or physical gift card. The gift card is valid for online purchases only at emmediane.com. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
