The Pink Potion should be used at night after the last step of your skincare regimen. Dip a clean Q-tip into the pink sediment and then dot on any active pimple. Allow the sediment to dry on the skin and remain overnight. In the morning, cleanse to remove and follow your recommended skincare regimen.

Because The Pink Potion contains salicylic acid, it should not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

The Pink Potion is perfect for any kind of inflamed breakout including surface pimples, whiteheads, and deeper cystic acne. While very effective on existing pimples, The Pink Potion works best when you use it at the first sign of a pimple. Continue using nightly until the pimple has fully cleared.

While it’s tempting, The Pink Potion should not be shaken before applying as separation is normal. If the bottle has been shaken, don’t worry, the pink sediment will quickly settle at the bottom of the bottle and can be used even if the liquid is a bit cloudy.

The liquid in The Pink Potion is a therapeutic blend of salicylic acid and isopropyl alcohol. For the best results, we recommend starting a new bottle when the liquid is gone as the salicylic acid plays a key role in its efficacy.

However, in a pinch, you can reconstitute with 70% isopropyl alcohol (found at any drug store) until your new bottle arrives.

Both spot treatments are very effective, but there are some differences.
