Return Policy

While we regret we do not offer refunds, you can return any product(s) within 30 days of your purchase in exchange for a store credit to use the next time you shop with us. We have a vast array of products for any skin type, so if something is not working, we encourage you to try another product.

Carefully package your returned products. Be sure to include:

  • Receipt (original or copy) - required
  • Preferred email address
  • Reason for your return (we appreciate feedback)

NOTE: When we receive your product(s), we will email you with a coupon code in the amount of the product's value. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process after we receive your return. Shipping is not included in return credits. Items returned over 30 days after purchase are ineligible for store credit, and will not be re-shipped to the customer.  

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

  • All orders of $150 or more receive FREE shipping.
  • Orders placed after 1pm (MST) will begin processing the following business day.
  • Online orders are fulfilled Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays.
  • In addition to shipping times, please allow 1-2 days processing time.
  • Emme Diane orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. If you need additional postage services, such as, signature required, please email shipping@emmediane.com
  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been shipped.

In-Store Pickup (Scottsdale)

Please select the “pickup” option when checking out online. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup (usually within 4 hours).
